Getting Inflatables at Your Event

At Cosmic we look for opportunities to provide wholesome recreational activities for our community. If you are planning an event that would be better with some inflatables involved, you’re in the right place!

To simplify your task of booking entertainment for a community, corporate, or public event, we have defined the following options for renting our equipment: Standard Rental, Staffed Rental, and Pay-to-Play. Read on for more details!

Standard Rental

No matter what you end up doing, this is a good place to start by requesting a standard rental quote for the date/time of your event. Requesting a quote provides us with all the details we will otherwise have to ask you over the phone, and expedites the process for everyone.

Standard Rentals are the only option that can be booked on the website without contacting a reservation assistant, but booking the quote provides us with all the details we would otherwise have to collect over the phone.

Staffed Rental

Staffing can be easily added to a Standard Rental by calling in to request an attendant. Attendants can be requested for concessions, bounce houses, games, etc.

Cosmic Staff will attend rented bouncers and enforce rules for up to two bouncers in close proximity at a rate of $25/hr. If you are renting more than two bouncers, or if you are staffing both bounce houses in addition to staffed concessions/games, you will need more than one staff attendant. Simply give us a call after submitting a Standard Rental quote and we’ll be happy to advise.

Pay-to-Play

The Pay-to-Play option is the most affordable for large events. Unlike Standard and Staffed rentals, the cost will be borne by participants purchasing admission. We provide staff and process payments according to our standard Pay-to-Play policies.

You should still begin the process by requesting a Standard Rental quote through the website. Afterwards, call in to ask for it to be converted to a Pay-to-Play quote. Pay-to-Play bouncers can be free, but require a deposit of $100 per bouncer. This amount must be paid in advance, but will be refunded up to 100% as long as a minimum revenue amount is met via wristband sales. (The minimum revenue amount is equal to the standard rental cost.) Any rented equipment (ie. a generator or lawn games) is not a refundable cost.

General Event Requirements

Orchestrating large events takes advance notice and coordination. Please contact us as early as possible to begin organizing your event with inflatables. It is not unusual for us to book tentative reservations over 12 months in advance–get on our calendar today!

Please be aware of the requirements of your event venue. Mohave County does not allow inflatables on county property. Kingman Parks do not allow water inflatables, but do allow dunk tanks. If you are unsure whether adequate electrical power is available, please let us know and we can help!

Outdoor bouncers must be under supervision at all times (including overnight for multi-day rentals). Equipment damage waivers are not available for overnight rentals.

We enjoy contributing to our community, and these policies enable us to do so sustainably. Please do not request that we alter policies to accommodate your event.
