Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination.

When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Just make sure there is enough space (including height)!

When possible, inflatables are anchored with long steel stakes, otherwise they will be anchored with sandbags. You are responsible for indicating where we are not allowed to stake (ie. sprinkler lines, septic tanks, etc.).

Yes!

We are an official inflatable provider for City of Kingman Parks & Recreation.

Only dry bouncers are allowed in city parks! Reservations are in 4-hour blocks.

We are happy to reserve a park for you for an additional reservation fee.

If you would like to reserve the park yourself, follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience!

  1. The parks do not provide water for waterslides or wet bouncers. Dry bouncers only.
  2. Make sure that inflatables are allowed at the park you are reserving. You must have a reservation with Parks and Recreation before a bouncer can be set up at the park.
  3. Find out if you will need Power/Generators to inflate the bouncer. If you need us to provide power there is an additional fee.  If you will be using the power at the park you will need to make sure the outlets are working.
  4. Contact Kingman Parks & Recreation to make the reservation. All reservations must be done by phone or in person, no online reservations at this time.
  5. If you plan on adding concessions (ie. cotton candy,  snow cone, or popcorn machines) to your event, please let us know so we can make sure you have enough power outlets for all your bouncer and concession needs.
  6. Let Cosmic Bounce House make your party a success!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, we do rent several inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Some inflatables can be used both with or without water. In these cases, the higher price for the water feature reflects the additional wear and labor that accompany use of water.

If you are renting a bouncer with water, please have a water hose present that reaches to the desired location for the bouncer.

All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.

Before each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized.

Cosmic Bounce House is licensed to operate within the City of Kingman and the greater Mohave County area.

We are insured to set up at parks, schools, churches, residences, and more!

Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl.

Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

We want your party to be a success! Since we can’t control the weather, we make sure to prepare for it. Injuries make any party no fun, so safety is our #1 priority.

Heat:  Many of our bouncers come with a pre-installed sun net to shade the interior from direct sunlight. However, the Arizona sun can shine hot on vinyl when temperatures are above 100˚F. Please use your hand to check that the surface is safe for small children, and have them use socks and pants/long sleeves to protect against burns.

Wind: Strong winds and inflatables absolutely do not mix, and are extremely dangerous for kids inside. We will not allow rentals during high winds, and should wind arise during the rental an alert will notify you to power off the equipment.

However, while Kingman wind is the most common weather issue, it is also the least predictable: it can be blustery on onside of town and absolutely still on the other at the same time. Because the only thing worse than a windy party with no bouncer is a party with neither wind nor bouncer, we may restrict rentals depending on hyper-local wind conditions.

Keep in mind, no refunds are available if you accept a delivery in the morning with no wind, and then have to shut down the equipment in the afternoon because it got windy.

Rain: Wet bouncers can be so much fun to jump on! They are also so much more difficult to clean and pick up. On rainy days bouncers will not be available to rent “dry”, and will incur the “Water Feature” fee to reflect the added wear and labor from the water.

Wet bouncers must not be allowed to deflate before our employees arrive to pick them up.

Cold: Vinyl looses flexibility in the cold, and can break down when flexed below 40˚F. To avoid costly damages, we reserve the right to restrict inflatable rentals for when temperatures are above freezing.

No refunds are given for any reason (including a change in weather) after you accept the delivery.

We appreciate our wonderful employees and pay them well! However, you are always welcome to give them tips, leftover birthday cake, or to cheer for them on the sidelines!

Maximum individual weight on any bouncer is 200 lbs.

Maximum combined weight of all occupants varies based on the bouncer. Smaller bouncers become unsafe with too many jumpers, so the more kids there are the bigger bouncer will be needed.

Water units must be connected to a constant, pressurized water source (ie. a garden hose), and do not recycle the water used.

The hoses themselves require low water pressure, as high pressure will burst the drip lines (this usually just means turning the hose on less than 1/2 turn).

Many of our units have a pressure limiting valve installed on them that is set at the time of setup. Our technicians will need to have water access at the time of delivery to ensure proper setup and ensure a fun time!

Inflatables require a constant power source to operate safely. We recommend a 20A dedicated circuit for each bounce house. (Smaller units can sometimes use a 15A dedicated circuit.)

You can identify your power situation by locating your breaker box, finding the breaker that shuts off power for your desired outlet, and identifying whether additional outlets are also connected to that breaker.

How much electricity does it use?

Most units use about 800W/hr, which roughy translates to an 8-hour rental only adding about $1.00 to your energy bill!

What size generator do I need?

We have small and large generators available for rent. Our 2500W small generators can power 1-2 bounce houses or concessions at once. The large 9000W generators can power up to five bounce houses and several concessions at once.

You are welcome to use your own generator as a power source. Keep in mind that our setup crew will need you to start the generator at the time of setup, even if your event does not start for some time. You can power off the generator when the inflatable is not in use.

Extension cords are wonderful when used according to manufacturer guidelines. Because the blowers for inflatables are often running for long periods of time, there is a significant danger for overheating if cords are not used properly.

We have extension cords available for rent, or our setup crew can make use of your own as long as they follow these regulations:

All cords and outlets must be properly grounded (three prongs) to mitigate the risk of shock.

Inflatables can never be located more than 100 ft from the power source (nor use more than 100 ft of cord). Cords reaching 25 ft must be 14 gauge or thicker, and cords reaching 100 ft must be 12 gauge or thicker.

(PS. there is no limit on how far they can be from a water source, as long as there’s a long enough hose!)

Deposits are automatically calculated by the system, and vary depending on the items reserved. These deposits are included in the rental price, not added to it.

Deposits for special order items (ie. custom tablecloths, place settings, etc.) are non-refundable, but can be applied to a rescheduling.

In the event of a cancellation, the following refund schedule may apply to refundable deposits:

+20 days prior: 100% credit, or refund minus 10% transaction fee.

7-20 days prior: 100% credit, or 50% refund.

3-6 days prior: 100% credit only

<3 days prior: none

Note:  If you have any questions regarding (non)refundable portions of a deposit for your event, please ask your reservation specialist. An unpaid deposit for a cancelled event will prohibit future bookings until the deposit is paid.

If you have purchased a Cosmic Wristband at a Pay-to-Play location (ie. First Friday), you can redeem a credit for the amount you paid (not including tax) towards any rental item.

If you have purchased multiple wristbands, including at multiple events, you can stack those credits for a big discount!

To apply this credit to any rental, the name you used to sign the P2P waiver must match the name on your reservation or the card being used to pay for your reservation to be eligible. Simply tell your reservation specialist that you’d like to apply your Pay-to-Play credit(s).

Rebates expire one year from the date of the waiver.

We’re happy to participate in your event! Reserving our units and our staff for Pay-to-Play events is not free. Please refer to the following post for more information:
