Community Impact Plan

Cosmic is more than just a family business: we are a force for good in the community. This isn’t just something nice we like to say about ourselves, it’s part of a strategic plan to make Kingman a better place for families to live and grow. 

Why Kingman?

First and foremost we chose Kingman because we live here, and we’re raising our own family here. Every day we spend time with other families who are doing their best to raise their kids right by instilling core values.

Kingman is a perfect place for Cosmic because people making a positive impact in our community have held on to the “one-by-one” mentality that makes small towns a great place to live. In the current flood of growth, Kingman is uniquely poised for healthy growth that can lead our community to flourish.

We Believe

At Cosmic, we believe in standing out. We’re different on purpose–peculiar, even. We believe we, and you–all of us have infinite potential. Sometimes that potential seems small, but it can be magnified. Our team is built of individuals who have learned (and are learning) techniques to magnify individuals, systems, organizations, and even communities.

Magnifying potential starts with the individual: one by one. This leads to stronger relationships, which lend to stronger families. Stronger families make happier communities, more profitable businesses, and more caring services.

We promote stewardship mentality, abundance mentality, growth mindset,  faithfulness and forgiveness, socratic exploration, hands-on learning, collaboration above competition, and servant leadership. We use the books in our library to learn and practice these principles together. We believe all truth comes together throughout the contexts, and we seek after it diligently. 

One Step at a Time

The epicenter of Cosmic’s growth is the Cosmic Team. A professional team is uniquely capable of serving customers at a high level. This relationship creates a virtuous cycle that allows Cosmic to give back. As we grow, we choose to prioritize investing in the Kingman we’d want our kids and grandkids to grow up in. If not us, who else will? Our dreams for Cosmic are summarized in our public Growth Plan.
