Rural communities rely heavily on word of mouth, which means searching the internet for what you need for your event can be overwhelming.

Since we’re always looking for ways to elevate your event experience, we have collected a list of all the resources we are aware of that serve our community. This is a non-vetted, alphabetical list.

Of course, we most highly recommend Cosmic Event Rentals for services we provide. If you’re unsure whether we’re the right company for your event, know that we’re not afraid to refer you to an other qualified professional should that be in your best interest.

Preferred Venue: Beale Celebrations is a versatile event space with included amenities that make it an attractive option for corporate functions, family events, and receptions of all sorts. As a preferred vendor, we offer specialized services, including a full-service package for Beale Celebrations. See additional venues listed below, and contact us using the form at the bottom of this page regarding cleaning, setup, takedown, or rental services available for any you are interested in.

Bounce House-Compatible Indoor Venues

Indoor venues must be checked for ceiling clearance, electrical capacity, and entry width. Please allow for a minimum of 1′ clearance between the inflatable and the ceiling (including anything hanging down, such as lights or fans). The height of our inflatables are listed in the description on each web page. Each one requires a 20A circuit to itself. A double-door with no center bar (or a removed center bar) is preferred, though a 36″ door can fit most inflatables if we have advance notice. If you’d like to have an inflatable indoors in a facility not listed below, please contact us prior to booking.

Helium

Helium is currently in very short supply, so if you can find it anywhere it is likely to be very expensive. We have found that disposable helium tanks from Walmart or Party City are as small and difficult to use as they are expensive. You might inquire at the floral department of your local grocer, or one of these local companies with helium services:

Rates for one event are often the same or close to a monthly rate. Several local companies have portable, ADA, flushable, and wash station options. Some online companies simply resell the services of the companies listed below at a higher price. Shop local!
