Phase 3.1: Cosmic Bounce House: Inside!

• ✅ Fall 2025: Pilot indoor inflatable events using Beale Celebrations, selling pay-to-play entries at affordable prices (especially for families). 
• 🕙 Winter 2025: Begin to offer pay-to-play events on a regular basis, including on weekends.
• Summer 2026: transition to larger KUSD gym facilities while school is not in session.
• Fall 2026: Secure a local indoor location where Cosmic Bounce House: Inside! can take place daily, and be more available for our community than ever!

Phase 3.2: Cosmic GellyBall Events

• Pilot indoor evening events for teens and adults after CBH: Inside! events for kids during the day.
• Pilot outdoor P2P events at city parks.
• Acquire mobile arena to facilitate private parties at city parks where otherwise not feasible.
• Host Cosmic GellyBall P2P at First Friday monthly during the 2026 season.

Phase 4

• Host Community Cleanups and Neighborhood Cleanups in collaboration with the Kingman Clean City Commission for kids to enjoy inflatables in exchange for picking up trash.
• Establish strategic partnerships with inflatable operators in Golden Valley, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Fort Mohave, and other surrounding areas (both metro and rural). 
• Host the Inaugural Arizona Northwest Wholesome Recreation Gala, with guests from Kingman, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Williams, Prescott, Flagstaff, Sedona, Parker, and surrounding areas.
• Open an indoor facility, providing affordable entertainment for young families 6 days a week.
• Kingman Event Center (currently undergoing feasibility study)
• Host Inaugural Visions of Kingman Gala to highlight the “why’s” in our community by exhibiting past accomplishments, current projects, and future dreams of local changemakers.
